I offer advanced therapeutic bodywork for individuals seeking a high level of care, precision, and personalised treatment. My work combines skilled hands-on techniques with a deep understanding of the body’s natural ability to restore balance — supporting pain relief, recovery, relaxation, and long-term wellbeing.
With more than 20 years of experience, I hold a Therapeutic Massage Diploma, a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Diploma, and I am a certified TRE Practitioner. I have completed numerous advanced training programmes and am known for my professional, results-driven approach and my ability to work effectively with complex or long-standing concerns.
I have worked with elite and international sporting teams, including the South Africa national rugby union team, New Zealand national rugby union team, Australia national rugby union team, and the France national rugby union team, as well as various Super Rugby, international soccer, and cricket teams. This experience has given me a strong performance and recovery focus in my treatments, grounded in high-performance sport.
I work with professionals, executives, athletes, and individuals managing chronic pain, injury, burnout, trauma, or high levels of stress. Each treatment I provide is carefully tailored to support both physical recovery and optimal performance in demanding lifestyles.
